Nowhere else you can do more sporting activities than in our unspoilt mountains skiing, snowboarding, nordic skiing from October-end of June mountaineering, mountainbiking, climbing, fell running(mekka for fell runners)nordic walking swimming, rafting, canyoning paragliding with Howie,etc Night life is good in Neustift with a range of small bars and pubs, if you want more Insbruck is only a short bus ride away thats serviced throughout the night and day.

For Children:

come into our garden with the big trampolin, swings + slide, and outdoor cinema in summer,.........
• visit me in the stable and I might take you for a horse ride on Colleen...
...or find Howie for a forest trail on the quad bike.
• if thats not enough have a splash in the nearby outdoor pool (its free for you!)
• and also you need to have a go on the biggest summer toboganning
(only 10 mins drive away from the house, great for mums and dads too!)
• There are 2 adventure parks, and LOADS more to do :-)
